Find information on what you need to order stationery — including Lawson codes and P-cards —as well as the importance of eVA.

How do I order stationery?

Go to the stationery tab of this website. Then choose your method of payment: using a Lawson code or ordering via P-card through eVA. If you are paying with a Lawson code, please enter your eID and password to log in. If you are paying with a Corporate Purchasing Card or P-card, please log in to eVA.

Why can’t I order stationery through another vendor or print my own?

VCU has partnered with local vendor B&B Printing to provide the university and medical center community with quality stationery products at an affordable price. The products maintained by the stationery contract adhere to university-approved logotypes, colors and style guidelines. Ordering stationery through another vendor or producing on of a standard printer will violate these standards.

What is a Lawson code?

A Lawson code, formerly called a MAS code, is used by MCV Hospitals and MCV Physicians to order products. It is not a billing or index code.

I cannot log in to the Lawson code site. What do I do?

Please send a detailed email to stationery@vcu.edu.

What is a P-card?

A P-card is a Corporate Purchasing Card that was implemented by State Purchasing in conjunction with the Department of Accounts. For more information and card benefits, or to obtain a P-card, please visit the Procurement and Payment website.

Why can’t I use a billing or index code?

All vendors that accept a P-card must have their orders paid for with a P-card. This is necessary for the university to meet the Commonwealth’s Supplemental Performance Measures for eVA utilization compliance. For this vendor, billing or index codes are not permissible.

What is eVA?

Virginia's eVA system is a Web-based procurement process that supports the state's decentralized purchasing environment. It allows state agencies, local government and institutions of higher learning to share information and open bidding to a broader number of vendors.

I cannot get a P-card. How do I order stationery?

For security reasons, the university typically only accepts orders through the Lawson or eVA site or approved special orders. We recommend that your department have a P-card holder and eVA-registered user place these orders.

I do not have access to eVA. How do I order stationery?

Please visit the Procurement and Payment website to access more information on how to obtain access to eVA. Once your access has been approved, you will be able to log in and order stationery.

I am not allowed access to eVA. How do I order stationery?

For security reasons, we typically only accept orders through the Lawson or eVA site or approved special orders. We recommend that your department have an eVA-registered user place these orders.

I cannot find “B&B Printing” e-catalog in eVA. How do I get there?

After you log in, select “Shop Now” and then create requisition. Under catalog name, choose “Punch-out Catalogs” from the listing. In the search box for punch-out catalogs, enter “B&B Printing.” Once the B&B Printing listing comes up, select “Buy from Supplier.” Then continue to the e-Catalog.

I am receiving an error message from eVA. What can I do?

Please send a detailed email to Linda Williams at stationery@vcu.edu.
